During his mid-February segment on Fox News, Miller articulated that numerous foreign nationals, including millions of undocumented immigrants, have infiltrated the United States and are utilizing fraudulent Social Security numbers to unlawfully access federal programs such as Social Security.
He commenced by elucidating the gravity of the situation regarding the prevalence of fake identities and Social Security numbers, emphasizing the extensive scale of the issue due to the significant number of both legal and illegal immigrants present.
He stated, ‘Foreign nationals are entering the United States with counterfeit Social Security numbers and false identities to unlawfully appropriate billions in taxpayer-funded benefits.’
Miller elaborated that while DOGE must conduct a comprehensive assessment of the situation, it seems there could be a trillion dollars in fraudulent activities for Elon to address.
He noted that many of the perpetrators are organized into ‘fraud and theft rings’ that are deliberately siphoning billions from American taxpayers.
He emphasized, ‘It is impossible to determine the exact amount until DOGE has complete access.
However, over a decade-long budget period, we could potentially save over $1 trillion by addressing significant fraud within our tax and entitlement systems, particularly those perpetrated by organized fraud and theft rings.’

For instance, in a tweet shared on X coinciding with Mr. Miller’s remarks to Fox News, Musk stated, ‘Indeed, there are significantly more ‘eligible’ Social Security numbers than there are citizens in the United States. This could be the largest fraud in history.’
This comment was in response to a discussion on his post regarding the Social Security database, which revealed an astonishing number of individuals of advanced age. In that now-infamous post about ‘vampires,’ Musk remarked, ‘According to the Social Security database, these are the counts of individuals in each age category with the death field marked as FALSE! Perhaps Twilight is a reality, and there are numerous vampires receiving Social Security 🤣🤣’
Dan Bongino also highlighted this issue during his podcast, stating, “He uncovered a foreign fraud ring within our entitlement program.
Even if you are not opposed to government waste and actually support it, I must clarify that using a negative term to describe it is inappropriate,” as he introduced the segment.
